5.7.6 Read Back
The Read Back functionality attempts to read a card and decipher/locate its corresponding record
in the data.
1. To read a card, simply Open a Work Order with the correct technology type and format.
2. Place the card on the reader.
3. Click Read Back from the menu bar. If successful this Credential Record information was
matched on this card.
4. If the credentials on the card do not match this Work Order, the following error message will
appear.
