The Omega interface activates the Activity Monitor screen. This
screen displays the status information of the destination and
receiving systems.
Repeat this procedure to download the software to another system
on the network.

To download a new version of the AT-S31 software from one
management module to all other management modules on the same
subnet, perform the following procedure.
1. Start the Omega session from the management module that contains
the new version of the AT-S31 software.
Note
This procedure should be performed during periods of low network
activity. Software broadcast updates can fail if the network is
operating at a high activity rate.
2. From the Main Menu, select Administration.
The Administration Menu is displayed.
3. From the Administration Menu, select Broadcast updated software
to all systems.
The management module announces the availability of the software
to all other management modules; in turn, those management
modules that need the upgrade respond by sending back a “request”
message.
The Omega interface activates the Activity Monitor screen. This
screen displays the status information of the destination and
receiving systems.
You may go to other Omega menus without interrupting the
software download.
If you have several management modules requesting the download, not
all of them may receive it, especially if the network is busy. It is
recommended that you repeat this procedure to ensure that all
management modules receive the upgraded software.
Note
Management modules with different download passwords will not
receive the software download. For information on setting the
download password, refer to the procedure
