The Omega interface has an option for running diagnostic self-tests on
the PowerBlade PBC18 chassis. The diagnostic command displays the
status for the following items:
❑ Flash PROM
❑ RAM
❑ Serial interface
❑ Main power supply
❑ Optional power supply, if installed
❑ Fan status and speed
❑ Operating temperature for the management module
❑ Operating temperature for the chassis
❑ System 3v power
❑ System 3.3v power
❑ System 5v power
A diagnostic test also displays the following:
❑ AT-S31 version number
❑ MAC address
❑ Running and current time
Note
Running a diagnostic tests will not disrupt the network operations
of the switch and media converter modules in the chassis.
