About
View information about your phone, including the model number, carrier, software versions, and
other details.
1. From Start, swipe left to Apps, and then tap Settings.
2. Swipe left or right to display System, and then tap about.
3. Use these options:
 View information about your phone on the screen.
 More info: Tap to view more details about your phone.
 Help contacts: Tap the links to get help or contact Sprint Customer Support.
 Online content: Tap the links to read the Terms of Use or Privacy Statement.
 Reset your phone: Tap to erase your personal information and reset the phone to
the factory settings.
Feedback
Use Feedback to send phone usage feedback to help improve Microsoft and partner products
and services.
Note: Feedback will only be sent when you are connected to a Wi-Fi network.
1. From Start, swipe left to Apps, and then tap Settings.
2. Swipe left or right to display System, and then tap feedback.
3. Tap the ON/OFF switch to turn the option On or Off. When feedback is turned On, you
can view information about the feedback your phone has sent on the screen.
Additional Call Settings
Configure settings for calling with your phone.
1. From Start, swipe left to Apps, and then tap Settings.
2. Swipe left or right to display System, and then tap additional call settings.
3. Tap the ON/OFF switch beside Voice privacy to turn the option On or Off. When turned
