1 Overview of HP OneView for Red Hat Enterprise

Virtualization (RHEV)

By collecting system health and inventory data and monitoring events from a variety of physical
sources, HP OneView for RHEV (formerly HP Insight Control for RHEV) provides information you
can use to manage your HP ProLiant hosts and to take appropriate actions as determined by your
site policies. HP OneView for RHEV integrates with the RHEV Management Console (RHEV-M) GUI
to provide a single point from which to manage both the virtualization and HP ProLiant hardware
environments.
