Select the Admin Role to delete in the data grid and click on the Delete button or the delete
icon on the toolbar.
•
Select the Admin Role to delete in the configuration tree and right click and select the Delete
menu. The Delete menu is disabled for system-created admin roles, because they cannot be
deleted.
•
A confirmation dialog is displayed requesting you to confirm the delete operation.
Save/Export WMS Configuration
You can export the current WMS configuration and save it to a file as a series of WMS commands.
This command file can then be executed using Neoview Command Interface on a different
system, if you want to replicate the same WMS configuration on this new system.
You can launch the Export WMS Configuration dialog by:
•
Right click on the System tree node and select the Export Configuration menu.
•
In the Services Summary screen, click on the save disk icon.
•
In the Rules Summary screen, click on the save disk icon.
This list describes the Export WMS Configuration actions:
•
For the WMS system, an ALTER WMS command is generated.
•
For each of the user-added services, an ADD SERVICE command is generated.
•
For the system-added services (HP_DEFAULT_SERVICE, HPS_MANAGEABILITY,
HPS_TRANSPORTER) an ALTER SERVICE command is generated.
•
For each of the user-added rules, an ADD RULE command is generated.
•
For the system-added rules (rules with HPS_ prefix) an ALTER RULE command is generated
•
For connection-rule associations, an ALTER WMS CONN command is generated.
•
For the compilation-rule associations for each service, an ALTER SERVICE COMP WMS
command is generated.
•
For the execution-rule associations for each service, an ALTER SERVICE EXEC WMS
command is generated.
