The Service Details grid lists all the services configured in the current system. The Service
Details
also provides a view of the current state of all Neoview WMS services.
Any service that exceeds the threshold set in the Add Service dialog is shown in red and the
row containing the service is shaded.
Below the grid are two buttons: Configure and Log to File. Configure enables administrative
users to configure the Neoview WMS system. Log to File allows the service and WMS platform
performance metrics information to be logged to a client-side file on disk. This function allows
service threshold violations and service information to be logged to a file automatically. The log
file is automatically rolled over every night.
Services Details Log File
The log file contains summary and detail information about the services. At each refresh interval
(default is 30 seconds), a new block of information is logged to the log file separated by dashed
lines as a separator. The first line in every block of the log file (separated by dashed lines) contains
a summary. The rows following the summary contain details for each WMS service. If the service
level is over the threshold, the fifth field in the row contains [*]. In the example, the service
SALTEST is over the threshold set for maximum memory usage. The current memory usage is
82%, but the configured value (setting) for that service level is 70%.
