NOTE: The error message descriptions in this table use
[x] to represent variables in the error message output. Error message number

The operation could not be completed because the VC
Domain is under maintenance. 2170
VCEM cannot perform the operation because the hardware
disposition was changed during VC Domain maintenance
in the VC Domain [x]. 2176
Verify the following:
- The enclosure model matches the model of the other
enclosures that belong to the VC domain group.
- The VC modules in the enclosure match the model,
disposition, and power status of the other VC Domains that
belong to the VC domain group.
- The VC Domain support for double-density blades matches
the support for double-density blades of other VC Domains
that belong to the VC domain group.
- Remote enclosures were imported in the same order as
remote enclosures from other VC Domains already
managed in the VC domain group, and they have the same
VC Ethernet and FC module disposition. (For example,
Remote enclosure 1 from a VC Domain must match the VC
module disposition of Remote enclosure 1 from other VC
Domains in the VC domain group.)
The operation cannot be performed because the VC
Domain [x] has one or more VC FC modules with invalid
status. Possible causes are: 2182
- The VC FC modules in the VC Domain were replaced by
VC FC modules from a different model and are not
compatible with the current VC Domain configuration.
- The VC Domain firmware version was downgraded to a
version that does not support the VC FC modules in the VC
Domain.
- The VC Domain has remote enclosure(s) with VC FC
modules disposition different than the primary enclosure
VC FC modules disposition. The adjacent VC FC modules
are not compatible with each other.
Verify the following:
- All VC FC modules have valid status and are compatible
with the VC Domain configuration.
- The VC FC modules disposition is the same among all
enclosures from the VC Domain.
- Adjacent VC FC modules are compatible with each other.
Verify that all VC FC modules have valid status and are
compatible with the VC Domain configuration, and then
perform the operation again.
VCEM cannot perform this operation because the VC
Domain [x] has one or more VC Ethernet modules with
invalid status. Possible causes are: 2186
- The VC Ethernet modules in the VC Domain were replaced
by VC Ethernet modules from a different model and are
not compatible with the current VC Domain configuration.
