set server-port-map
The -set server-port-map command modifies the properties of a server port network mapping.
Syntax
-set server-port-map –profilename
-portnumber
-network
[-vlanid
[–untagged
Parameters

Specifies the name of an
existing profile to associate
-profilename
with the server port map to
be modified.

Specifies the number of the
port to modify the server port
map for.
-portnumber

Specifies the name of a valid
Ethernet network to associate
with the mapping.
-network

Specifies the new VLAN ID
used for mapping the server
-Vlanid
port to the network. Valid
VLAN ID values are 1 to
4094.
x
Enables or disables the
network to handle untagged
-untagged
packets. Only one network
in an Ethernet connection
can be made to handle
untagged packets.
NOTE:
If a shared uplink
set is being used, an
untagged network is the
same as a native network, if
present. However, any
network can be configured
to handle untagged packets.
Output
The function returns the result of the set operation or a jobid if –nb is specified.
Examples
•
Modify the VLAN ID of an existing server port network mapping:
vcemcli -set server-port-map –profilename MyProfile –portnumber 1
–network Network1 –vlanid 100
•
Modify the existing server port network mapping to handle untagged packets:
vcemcli -set server-port-map –profilename MyProfile –portnumber 1
–network Network1 –untagged true
