Disable Settings Menu
Registry Entry: SettingsMenu = "off"
Command Line: -MS
Default Setting: on
These commands will disable the Settings menu. Individual items in the Settings menu
can be disabled by using the following registry entries:

They will disable the Tools menu.
Disable Scroll Bar

These commands will remove the scroll bar from the window.
