Viewing and Creating Setup Data
Message/File
Enter the group name.
Select the group.
Enter the message.
Click here (also selectable from [Setting] -
[Engineering Mode Setting]).
Copy and paste the
message.
Enter the comment.
Enter the save destination folder.
Message number
Resets the range selection.
Note
Messages 1 to 8 of the message group 7 can be assigned to the USER key and the remote
control function (option, /R1).
Group Name
Up to 16 characters can be entered for the message.
Message
Up to 32 characters can be entered for the message.
File Header
Adds a comment (up to 32 characters) to the header section of the measured/computed
data file.
Directory Name
Set the name of the folder (up to 8 characters) in which the measured/computed data
files is to be saved.
Note
• AUX, CON, PRN, NUL, and CLOCK cannot be used as the directory name.
• If the directory name is not specified, DATA0 (default) is automatically set.
Copying and Pasting the message
1.
Click the message number of the copy source. To select multiple messages to be
copied, drag the message number to specify the range to be copied.
2.
Click [Copy].
3.
Click the message number of the paste destination. To select multiple paste
destinations, select the range in a similar fashion.
4.
Click [Paste].
