emergency stop / 1 = Emergency stop
Bit 2 (Safety gate status): 0 = CLOSE / 1 =

XD/SXD, SSEL, ASEL/PSEL controller or
TTA is used, this bit indicates the status of
an enable switch (deadman switch/enable
switch).
Bit 1 (TP enable switch status): 0 = ON / 1 =
OFF

XD/SXD, SSEL, ASEL/PSEL controller or
TTA is used, this bit is invalid (fixed to 0).
