Volume and Other Adjustments:

All analog settings for all Digital Audio Repeater / Mixer cards are located on a small sub-card located

at the front of the main card. This card is removable, held in place by two 6-32 x 1/4" round head
screws. If a Digital Audio Repeater / Mixer card fails for any reason and has to be replaced, this sub-card
can be moved to the replacement card. This effectively moves all of the adjustments to the new card so
that when it is plugged back into the system little or no additional adjustment will be needed.

The settings of all of the pots (with the exception of those which are used by the SHELVING

EQUALIZER) are available on the connector at the edge of the adjustment sub-card. This allows you to
set all of your levels as you like them in the field, and then remove this card and document the settings
using only a simple meter. These readings can be used for documentation purposes, or to replace the
pots with fixed resistors using an FC-200 adjustment sub-card. By using fixed resistors, these settings can
never be altered in the field by unauthorized personnel.

You may also replace the adjustment sub-card with an FC-100 or FC-300 (identical, but like the FC-

200, with no pots). These cards replace the SHELVING EQUALIZER with a fixed fourth order Butterworth low
pass or high pass filter. This card is built to order to your roll off frequency requirements. It is used in sub-
woofer and bi-amplifier applications.

The adjustments sub-card has the following controls:
