been modified. You can listen to the results, and manually modify them further if you so
desire.

At this point you are ready to make the EPROM images:

21) Select the type (actually just the size) of EPROM you will be using from the configuration menu.

22) Also in the configuration menu, check that the 'SAVE EPROM FLAGS' toggle is on.

23) Select the EPROM IMAGE menu.

24) If you don't want to save all of the EPROMs on this pass, set the start and end EPROMs as

needed.

25) Select the EPROM IMAGE command. This will bring up a pick list of all of the sample names in

this file set. Also shown will be the highest evaluation level available for each of the samples.
You can select all of the samples, or only the ones you want. The left and right arrows can be
used to select the evaluation level which will be saved to the EPROMs. When you hit the space
bar or ape key, the currently selected samples will be written to the EPROM image files
in the order they appear on the pick list. When finished, the program will return to the pick list.
You can now select additional samples to go into the EPROMs, or if you hit the space bar or
ape with no samples selected, you will be returned to the main menu.

At this point you are ready to print the EPROM labels:

26) Select the reports menu. If you don't want to print all of the labels, set the start and end label

values as needed. If you aren't sure about the position of the labels in the printer, you can
print a test label.

27) Print labels. The print command will print all of the labels for the last EPROM set you just saved.

At this point you are ready to burn the EPROMs:

28) You must exit the DAS-100 software to burn the EPROMs. Exit and then call up your EPROM

burner's software. The EPROM images are stored with the file name you entered in step 2
above with the extension of .R01, .R02, .R03, etc. (.L01, .L02, .L03, etc. for the left channel if
there is one). Load the files (one by one, unless you have an EPROM burner which can
program different files into different EPROMs at the same time). You can compare the
checksums with those printed on the labels as you load and burn the files.

29) As the EPROMs are burnt you can install and test them in your Repeater cards.
