5 Data display
Displaying data in a bar graph
1. If there is more than one data run on the graph, first select the run that will display the
numeric values:
2. Touch the graph legend.
The legend enlarges.
3. In the legend, touch the symbol of the run that you want to annotate.
A red box appears around the data run that will display numeric values.
4. Touch the
Bar Graph Tools button to open the tool palette.
5. Touch
the Numeric Values button.
Numeric values appear at the top of the selected data run. To show numeric values at the tops
of bars in another data run, touch the symbol of the run in the graph legend.
Viewing bar graphs
You can scroll and scale bar graphs to help you view all data in the graph:
