2. Fill in the general information about your company, the author of
the template, the name and version for the template you are
creating, and a brief description. The version number of the
template, which is required, is very important because it is
automatically included in the template name that the lab
personnel sees when they select the template to use with a kit.
3. Select Qualitative for the template type.
4. Enter the Sample Vol (µL) for this template. This is the amount
of sample for testing. Make the volume in the wells at least 25
uL greater than the sample volume.
5. Enter a Sample Timeout (sec) for this template, to set the
maximum time that the analyzer will spend acquiring each
sample.
6. Enter the Low Limit and High Limits for the doublet
discriminator gate.
