3. Select Quantitative for the template type.
4. Enter the Sample Vol (µL) for this template. This is the amount
of sample that will be tested. Make the volume in the wells at
least 25 µL greater than the sample volume.
5. Enter a Sample Timeout (sec) for this template. This is the
maximum time in seconds that the analyzer will spend acquiring
each sample.
6. Enter the Low Limit and High Limit for the doublet
discriminator gate.
7. Click Next. The next Template Setup Wizard dialog box
appears.

8. Click Apply Standard/Control to add a standards product to
your template. The Open Reagent Product dialog box appears:
Note: Templates have a
default sample timeout of 25
seconds. The timeout begins
when the stream begins. If the
system does not acquire the
expected number of events in
the specified time, the system
processes the next sample.
