The Spiral Elevator is supplied to be incorporated within an overall
transport system and is not intended to be used as a stand alone piece of
equipment.
Therefore a Certificate of Incorporation is applicable for the unit.

Any Certificate of Incorporation will be contained within the separate
documentation supplied with the Spiral Elevator or overall system.
