6.2.7 Lubricate the motor
The lubrication of the Spiral Elevator gear motor should lead to a
continuous good functioning of the machine. The oil level of the motor is to
be checked regularly.
• For details of the oil type see the motor specification plate or the
documentation from the supplier of the Spiral Elevator or the
supplier of the gear motor.
• For details of the oil fill quantity and oil level refer to the gear motor
manufacturer.
• For details of the routine maintenance frequencies etc. refer to the
gear motor manufacturer.
