6.2.6 Replace sprocket wheel, lower end
Find the conveyor plate with a coloured dot marked on it and move this
conveyor plate to the lower end of the spiral conveyor. Under this conveyor
plate there is a locking link that can easily be removed.

Danger: Make sure that the main switch has been switched off,
and safely isolated
Procedure
• Remove the conveyor plate with the coloured dot. Under this
conveyor plate there is a locking link and the metal chain can be
separated here. The sprocket wheel is now released from the
chain.
• Remove the slide rails to allow necessary space for subsequently
remove shaft and wheel (see Fig. 23.).
• Loosen the central screw on each side of the shaft at the lower
end (see Fig. 24).
• When the screws are removed, the shaft with the sprocket wheel
can be lifted / slid out.
