Changing the Printing Speed

Use the

W}}}} or {{{{V

V}}}} key to adjust the

printing speed. The relationship be-
tween printing speed and print quali-
ty depends on the type of paper you
use.

AAAA

Press the

{{{{V

V}}}} key to increase the

speed and press the

{{{{W

W}}}} key to re-

duce the speed.

Note

❒ The following speeds are avail-

able:
• Setting 1:

60 sheets/minute

• Setting 2:

75 sheets/minute

• Setting 3 (default):

90 sheets/minute

• Setting 4:

105 sheets/minute

• Setting 5:

120 sheets/minute

❒ The faster the printing speed be-

comes, the lighter the printing
density is, and vice versa.

❒ When the machine is used in

low temperature conditions, the
image density might decrease.
In this case, slow the printing
speed down to setting 1 or 2.
