Delete LAN board setting
Follow the procedure below to delete the LAN board setting.
IMPORTANT:
You need to login to the system as a user with a root authority to perform this
operation.
1.
If the LAN board whose setting is to be deleted is operating, use the following command
to stop it.
In the following description, “*” (a number between 1 and 7) indicates the number of the PCI
slot to which the LAN board to stop is connected.
>vndctl down *
TIPS:
You can check the number * of the PCI slot to which the LAN board to stop is
connected by using the following command:
>vndctl status
2.
Execute the following command to delete the setting of the LAN board which is
connected to the PCI slot whose number is *.
Deleting the setting of the LAN board is now completed.
