When copying is completed, press Special Copy repeatedly
until “Off” appears on the bottom line and press Enter to
cancel the ID Card Copy feature.
Using Interrupt
Job Interrupt allows you to temporarily pause the job which is
currently being copied in order to run a more urgent job. This
feature is useful if the machine is printing a large job as it still
provides access to Copy mode for running small, quick jobs.
To interrupt the current Copy job, press Job Interrupt. The
machine activates the interrupt feature and the job pauses after
the current sheet has been printed or the current original has
been scanned.
After using the Copy mode, press Job Interrupt to deactivate
the interrupt feature.
Monitoring a Dual Job
Status
Your product can perform more than one function
simultaneously. For example, you can:
• Receive a fax into the memory while making a copy.
(SCX-6320F Only)
• Store a fax document for later transmission while printing an
incoming fax. (SCX-6320F Only)
While the machine performs dual tasks, press Job Status to see
the current status on the display of the other operation. Each
time you press Job Status, the current status of the two
operations displays alternately.
