After retrieving e-mail addresses, press the scroll buttons to
select an e-mail address, and then press Enter.

When the display shows “Another Address?”, select “Add”
and then press Enter.
When you finish adding the addresses, select “Done” when
the display shows “Another Address?” and then press
Enter

To return to idle mode, press Stop/Clear.
Adding a New Entry in Existing Group Using
the Global Address Book

Refer to steps from 1 to 3 on page 9.9.

Press the scroll buttons until “Edit” displays on the bottom
line and then press Enter.

Enter the group number you want to edit and then press
Enter
.

When the display shows “Edit Group Name” on the top line you
can edit the Group Name and press Enter.

When the confirming message appears on the top line, use
the scroll buttons to select “Add” and press Enter.

Press Address Book. Select “Global” and then press
Enter
.
A message “Connecting to LDAP” appears.

After retrieving e-mail addresses, press the scroll buttons to
select an e-mail address, and then press Enter.

When the display shows “Another Address?”, select “Add”

When you finish adding the addresses, select “Done” when
