Setting the Date and Time
The current time and date are shown on the display when the
machine is on and ready for faxing. The time and date are
printed on all faxes sent. To set the date and time, take the
following steps:
1 Press Menu until “Machine Setup” appears on the top line
of the display.
2 Press the scroll buttons until “Date & Time” appears on the
bottom line of the display and then press Enter to enter the
selected menu.
3 Enter the correct date and time using the Number keypad.
4 Press Enter to save the displayed date.
5 To return to Standby mode, press Stop/Clear.
Changing Clock Mode
The product can display time using either a 12-hour or 24-hour
format. To set the clock mode, take the following steps:
1 Press Menu until “Machine Setup” appears on the top line
of the display.

Press the scroll buttons until “Clock Mode” appears on the
bottom line of the display and then press Enter to enter the
selected menu.
3 Press the scroll buttons to select either “12 Hour” or “24
Hour”.
4 Press Enter to save the selected mode.
5 To return to Standby mode, press Stop/Clear.
