Command
To set the value of an OpenBoot PROM configuration variable stored in NVRAM,
enter the OBP
setenv
command at the OBP
ok
prompt, as shown in the following
example.
Caution -
If the NVRAM is a new part, you must reset the three OpenBoot PROM
configuration variables shown in this example. These variables are named
banner-name
,
enclosure-type
, and
energystar-enabled?
and they must be
set to the values shown in the example.
