Cause: The total value in the [tools] or [util] section is 0
Action: Include at least one item in the [tools] or [util] section.

Cause: Write file xxx failed.
Action: Check disk space.
BOOTP Server
Create Dialog windows not successful.
Cause: May be out of memory.
Action: Close some applications and try again.
database NULL!!
Cause: The record or variable cannot be found in the database.
Action: Check the database files BOOTP.DBF and BOOTP.DBT; and delete them if necessary.
database MEMO field error!!
Cause: database error.
Action: Check database files.
database Tagname error!!
Cause: database error.
Action: Check database files.
Input parameter invalid!!
Cause: Input parameters are not correct.
Action: Retype the parameters.
