15.2 Transmission Results Error Codes
The following error codes appear in transmission activity report, reception
activity report and the Job List screen.
Precautions
● If a malfunction occurs during the operation of a network application
function, an error code appears in the Job List screen or report. Refer
to “Checking Transmission Results” on page 8-40. In addition, refer to
“Reports and lists” on page 14-1.

correctly connected, and check

ED2503 Login could not be completed
because the user name or the
password is incorrect. Check the user name and
password settings. p. 3-18
ED2504 The specified folder is incorrect. Check the folder name setting. p. 3-18
ED2505 The FTP server disk is full. Ensure that there is enough disk
space. -
ED2506 AN error occurred while
forwarding data to the FTP
server. Check that the LAN cable is
correctly connected, and that
transmission to the FTP server is
possible. p. 3-1
ED2508 An error other than those listed
above occurred with the FTP
server. Check that the FTP server can
transmit. -
EF2509 The memory has become full. Change the resolution to “Fine”
or “Standard”. p. 5-8
