8.2 Selecting a Fax Program

Note
The recipient and transmission settings must have been registered as
a fax program in advance. Refer to “Registering as a Fax Program” on
page 8-11.
The data can be transmitted to multiple recipients if they are all
registered in the fax program, or the data can be transmitted at a
specific time if the transmission time is specified.
1 Position the document(s) to be faxed.
2 Press the [Fax/Scan] key.
❍ For a copier, press the [Scan] key.
3 Touch [One-Touch].
4 Select an index, and then select a fax program from the one-touch key
list that appears.

Tip
The keys registered with fax programs have a frame around them.
5 Press the [Start] key.
