For documents classified with “Public Document”
1 Touch [Admin. 1], and then touch [Doc. Manage.].
❍ Refer to “Displaying the Administrator Management screen” on
page 13-11.
2 Touch [Public document].
3 Touch [RX Doc. Settings].
4 Select the procedure that
should be performed.
❍ If [Forward] or
[Prt&Forward] was
selected, also select a
forwarding destination.
❍ To specify multiple
recipients, touch [Add
Dest.], and then select
the next recipient.
