8.8 Inserting Text Into a Transmission Document
● By first setting this function, text (any or a fixed string of characters) is
inserted in front of the image data for the Internet fax document before
the fax is sent. Use this function for example when sending Internet
faxes to computers.

Note
With some e-mail applications, if an e-mail is received containing no
text and only an attached file, it may not be possible to open the
attached file.
Register Custom Text from PageScope Light. Custom Text cannot be
registered from the copier's control panel.
1 Press the [Utility] key.
2 Touch [Admini. Management].
3 Type in the administrator access code, and then touch [Enter].
4 Touch [Admin. 2].
5 Touch [Network Set].
6 Touch [Scanner Settings].
