• Called Top10—This bar chart shows the top 10 called numbers by call count among all phone
numbers or phone numbers in extension groups for the specified time range. The horizontal axis
indicates the phone numbers with different colors, and the vertical axis indicates the number of
incoming calls.
• Duration Top10—This bar chart shows the top 10 called numbers by call duration among all phone
numbers or phone numbers in extension groups for the specified time range. The horizontal axis
indicates the phone numbers with different colors, and the vertical axis indicates the total incoming
call duration in seconds.
• Called Extension Number—Phone number of the called party.
• Calls—Number of incoming calls.
• Duration(s)—Total incoming call duration in seconds.
