If your camera is not operating properly and you cannot
solve the problem using the troubleshooting information in
this guide, contact customer support services for assistance.
We will be able to help you much more quickly if you give
us the following information:
Serial number of your camera:
(The serial number label is on the underside of the
camera.)
Camera model:
Brand and model of your computer:
Camera software version:
(Click the About button in your camera software.)
Windows version (for example, 95 or 3.1) you are using:
Software applications you normally use with your camera
and their version numbers:

of Ireland Users
If you purchased your camera in the UK or the Republic of
Ireland, Epson (UK) Limited provides a range of customer

Note:
For customers in the Republic of Ireland, please use the correct
