Indicates that the VBS (analog Video) controller board is
being measured

DIAGNOSTIC MODE Microcontroller Board Revision Version (REV)

A quick push of the Display Mode Selector advances to the
Power (POWR) diagnostic sub-mode. This sub-mode
displays the microcontroller firmware revision of every
board in the Base Station that has a microcontroller.
