EDL Conform via NewsEdit
This conform functionality converts the EDL into a NewsEdit EDL and automatically
places it on the designated on-air video server.

1. Export. User creates a timeline from the NewsBrowse interface
and conforms it to air. The system (IIS) requests that the News MDI
transfers the EDL to the Conform Web Service. The Conform Web
Service converts the NewsBrowse EDL to a NewsEdit compatible
EDL. The FTP server transfers it to the on-air video server.
