Enter the preferred setting in the Password Level column (

Enter a number from 1 to 89 to disable both the Configuration and
Setup menus.
•
Enter a number from 90 to 94 to disable only the Setup menu.
•
Enter a number 95 and higher to enable both menus.
Note
If the Password Level column is left blank, both menus will be accessible.
In the example shown in
a password level of 75 and 92 have been
entered.

Apply the changes by compiling the appropriate sets and then activate
the sets using the control center.

Disabling the Configuration and Setup Menus
The Control panels buttons may be disabled. Any button can be configured
to be unassigned for an input or output (Blank Buttons), which may be
used as a separator.
You will need to set the mnemonic for a source or destination to be
“BLANK.” The panel will then disable the button for that source or desti-
nation.
Follow these steps to disable the buttons for a Source or Destination on the
Control panel:
1.
Open the Switcher Output table.
2.
Enter the text, “BLANK” in the Logical Output Name column
3.
Open the CP Output table.
4.
Enter the text, “BLANK” in the mnemonic column (see
