12. Select Device Interfaces for your RMI operation. You can enable the support for
Infinity, P2 and XDCAM devices.
13. Video Timing settings can be configured as follows:
•
Reference Standard - Select either NTSC or PAL.
•
Video Format - Select 1080i, 720p, 480i (SD for NTSC) or 576i (SD for PAL)
video format from the drop-down list.
14. General Settings can be configured as follows:
•
Prompt for tape ID - This feature lets you give the disk and all of the clips useful
names as soon as the media is inserted. With this feature, you can differentiate
clips from different disks.
•
Use Global Tape ID for P2 - Select this if you want to use global tape ID when
ingesting from Panasonic P2. With the Global Tape ID, you can have a single
ID to represent multiple Panasonic P2 cards.
•
Use Proxy for XDCAM Preview - Select this if you want to view proxy video
from an XDCAM instead of the high-resolution video.
•
Merge on import - Select this if you want to merge clips during import. With
this feature, users can merge multiple clips into a single clip on import.
