Web Page Links
The web interface GUI provides the following links (see illustration at left)
and web pages for the 8972PX modules:

Status – reports Primary, Secondary, and Alternate (if enabled) input
signal status, frame bus status, module hardware and software version
information, and warning messages (

I/O Config – shows a graphic representation of inputs and outputs to
the module and allows naming of each input and enabling and dis-
abling of module level signal reporting (
),
•
System Config – set the input standard selection, bypass mode, enable
Alternate Input usage in Autonomous mode, and set the DVB/ASI
packet length (
•
HD/SD Criteria – displays what criteria the module is using to deter-
mine HD and SD SDI video signal status, reports status of the signal,
and allows enabling of EDH/CRC error detection (
•
DVB/ASI Criteria – displays what criteria the module is using to deter-
mine DVB ASI signal status, reports signal status, allows selection of
what PIDs to monitor in the Primary/Secondary and Alternate
streams, and provides controls for enabling the Presence and Conti-
nuity Error reporting for PIDs selected for monitoring (

Output Control – allows manual Program output selection, choice of
the module switching strategy switch mode (

User Settings – allows recalling of factory defaults for all module
parameters or factory signal names, and provides a save/load configu-
