0x53 - NCT-2000D RTK Navigation Control - 11 bytes
Message 0x53 provides RTK Nav Control. Does not support Ultra-RTK. Use this message with
software version 3.2.10 or earlier. Also supports NCT-2100D engines loaded with version 3.1.17
and earlier.
