1. 0xB0 output On Change limited to 1Hz.
The 0XB1 msg will be output at same rate as nav rate when the Nav rate > 1Hz, and
0XB1 is scheduled On Change. However, 0xB0 does not follow the Nav rate and if
> 1Hz is desired, must be scheduled at the desired rate (i.e.; 5Hz).
2. Outputs On Trigger and by SV not supported.
3. 50Hz output available as an option.
