$PNCTGST
This output message via the NMEA port is a NavCom proprietary NMEA type message. It
conforms to the header, checksum, and electrical characteristics of a standard NMEA string, but
is not recognized by the NMEA governing body as an officially sanctioned message.
$PNCTGST is available only for software version 5.1.3 and later.
In order to satisfy UKOOA compliance, the proprietary PNCTGST message is defined as in the
table below, where all error statistics are scaled by 1.96 from NMEA GST message and the
F-fisher test is added.
