0xb2 - Satellite Selection Block - 4+4+n*4 Bytes
This message provides information on visible satellites and contains the Number of satellites
visible, the number of eligible satellites, the number of satellites selected and the satellite PRN
number used for the almanac. For each satellite, the Elevation and Azimuth are then repeated.
This message is helpful in locating and acquiring satellites.
