0xfe – Echo 0x5B, 0x5E, RTCM or CMR RTK Base Raw Measurements or
Correction - 5 + (max 256 bytes)
When the rover receives message 0x5E, a wrapper is added to the message. With the added
wrapper, the name of the message is changed to 0xFE.
For Software v4.2 and later, message 0xfe must be scheduled to view messages 0x5b and 0x5c
in StarUtil (rover echo).
