0x8e - Decoded RTCM DGPS data - 14 + (18 x N) bytes
This message contains the decoded RTCM dGPS data stream consisting of: Decoded GPS
Week, Decoded GPS Time of Week, Reference Station ID, Reference Station Health and
Correction Source; repeated for each satellite: satellite ID, IODE and Pseudorange correction
rate, Pseudorange correction UDRE, and Pseudorange correction rate UDRE.
