0x05 – MMC Format
This command is used to format the file system. Any data already stored on the MMC will
be lost. The user must correctly set the control bits (W2) and security code (W4) in the
request message in order for the format to proceed. The user specifies a label (any label
longer than ten characters will be truncated by the file system).
