Introduction
The format to list and call out Hypertherm parts is as follows:

Item: Refers to item call out on opposing or same page.
Number (Ex. 5) refers to numbered call out 5 on opposing or same page.
Part: Refers to Hypertherm part numbers.
Number Bold part numbers (Ex. 029890) signify parent or subassemblies that contain additional
items.
Normal-style part numbers (Ex. 001459) signify items under parent subassembly.
Description: Describes the item.
Bold descriptions not indented (Ex. Control Panel SA:HT4001 Pwr Supply) signify
parent assemblies that contain additional items.
Normal-style part numbers that are indented (Ex.Panel:HT4001 Pwr Supply) signify
items under parent or subassembly.
Bold descriptions that are indented (Ex. PCB Assy:200/4X00/HD interlock) represent
subassemblies that are under a parent assembly.
Designator: Represents a cross reference designation in wiring diagrams.
(Ex. PCB5 refers to PCB5 shown in wiring diagrams)
Qty.: Refers to the number of items in the parent or subassembly.
Finding Part Numbers
On the following page is an interconnect diagram with reference letters and numbers corresponding to system
components, cabling and hosing. Find the system component reference number or letter in the diagram, and find
the same reference number or letter in the parts list. Components with many parts (such as the HT4001 power
supply) are additionally broken down to major components and subassemblies.

Reference letter J: See Water Chiller manual (800880)
Reference letter K: See Water Muffler manual (801730)
Reference letter L: See specifications in cutting machine's documentation.
