3. COOLING WATER illuminated:
3.1. Coolant flow too slow.
This LED will extinguish when flowswitch FS1 in the RHF console
closes after sensing a coolant flow of at least 1.25 gpm (4.7 l/m).
• Verify that the water chiller is plugged in and is ON.
• Verify that the water supply is connected to the water chiller
and is ON.
• Verify that there are no leaks from the water chiller to the RHF
console to the torch.
3.2. Flow switch FS1 in RHF console not functioning.
• Check cable, and wiring from REC3 of PCB1 to pins 7&8 of
RHF console cable connector for continuity.
• If wiring is OK and inlet coolant flow is OK, FS1 may need to be
replaced.
Repair and/or replace defective component(s), if necessary.

4. PLASMA GAS illuminated:
4.1. Plasma gas pressure too low.
This LED will extinguish when PS1 and PS2 (in O
2
mode) or PS1
(in N
2
mode) close after sensing plasma gas pressure of at least
80 psi (5.5 bar).
• Verify that incoming plasma gas pressure is 120 psi (8.2 bar)
for O
2
and 150 psi (10.3 bar) for N
2
.
• Check for gas leaks or loose gas connections if pressure is
inadequate.
4.2. PS1 and/or PS2 in gas console not functioning.
• Check wiring, cables and connectors from REC3 of PCB1 to
pins 14&15 of gas console cable receptacle.
If wiring is OK, and inlet gas pressure is OK, PS1 and/or PS2
may need to be replaced.
Repair and/or replace defective component(s), if necessary.
