2.2.2 RS-232 Remote Host Port Cabling (DB9
The RN-8200 Rack Unit has a standard RS-232
(DB9F) communication port that connects the host PC
to the RN-8200 Rack Unit allowing the CU software
control and configuration.
Cable Type (supplied): Straight through DB-9 Male
(To mate with Female on RN-8200 Base) to DB-9
Male (to mate with DB-9 Male on typical PC COMM
port).
Recommended Maximum Length: 50 ft
