How to edit a counter file

dd the message that contains counter 2 to the Manufacturing site:
Select Manufacturing. Then select

Select the message
that contains
counter 2
(countman.msw).
Click Open.
The message you added appears here, after any
previously selected messages. The order in which the
messages appear is the order in which they are sent to
a sign.
NOTE: If you want the new message at the start of the
list, select the top existing message and then click
(Insert Message) instead of
(add
message).
