Voice Quality Summary Metrics
MOS is the Mean Opinion Score (MOS) for the audio RTP stream
(packets).
If Controller is selected as Call Mode in the Configuration tab, then
the value is calculated for RTP Stream (packets) from Responder to
Controller.
If Responder is selected as Call Mode in the Configuration tab, then
the value is calculated for RTP Stream (packets) from Controller to
Responder.
R-Factor is the Voice Quality R-factor for the RTP stream.
If Controller is selected as Call Mode in the Configuration tab, then
the value is calculated for RTP Stream (packets) from Responder to
Controller.
If Responder is selected as Call Mode in the Configuration tab, then
the value is calculated for RTP Stream (packets) from Controller to
Responder.
Jitter (ms) is the average length of time in milliseconds of the jitter of
the RTP packets of incoming and outgoing RTP stream.
Latency (ms) is the average length of time in milliseconds of the round
trip latency for the packets traveling between the endpoints.
Packet Loss (%) - Result: Percentage of lost, late, and early packets
traveling on the network.
If Controller is selected as Call Mode in the Configuration tab, then
the value calculated is from Responder to Controller.
If Responder is selected as Call Mode in the Configuration tab, then
the value calculated is from Controller to Responder.
